Service Confirmation

Service Agreement: We will send you a service agreement to be reviewed and signed electronically. This agreement outlines the scope of services, terms, and conditions. We do not bill upfront

Service Delivery​

Service Commencement: Your virtual assistant will be introduced to you within 5 business days after the service agreement is completed

Work Process

  • Task Assignment: You can assign tasks to your virtual assistant through Slack, email, or other agreed-upon methods

  • Progress Updates: Regular updates will be provided on the status of your tasks. You can request progress reports at any time

  • Work Hours: Generally, our virtual assistants work US EST. However, we are flexible and can accommodate other time schedules

    Issue Resolution

  • Quality Assurance: We are committed to providing high-quality service. Please contact kevin@cohesiveapp.com to discuss any quality concerns

  • Service Interruption: In the event of any service interruptions or unforeseen delays, you will be notified immediately along with an estimated time for resolution
