Welcome to Cohesive, Inc. By using our Google Spreadsheet extension (the "Extension"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Extension.
Definitions
Extension: The Google Spreadsheet extension provided by Cohesive, Inc.
User: Any individual or entity using the Extension.
Company: Cohesive, Inc.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You agree to:
Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the Extension for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
Permissions and Data Usage
The Extension requires the following permissions:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui: Allows the Extension to display user interface components within the Google Spreadsheet. These components allow users to configure how the extension behaves and manage their subscriptions.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets: See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: Allows the Extension to access your email address. This is necessary for billing and personal settings.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request: Permits the Extension to make external HTTP requests. This is necessary to update settings, manage subscriptions, and call Cohesive data enrichment services.
User Obligations
You agree to:
Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the Extension for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
Intellectual Property
The Extension and all related materials, including but not limited to software, images, text, and design, are the intellectual property of Cohesive, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of these materials without prior written permission from Cohesive, Inc.
